鱼类在工厂化育苗中 ,用面包酵母进行褶皱臂尾轮虫 (Brachionusplicatilis)的培养生产时 ,添加初始浓度为 1 0 0× 1 0 - 6 (V V)的脱氮菌和光合细菌 ,观察其对水质和轮虫增殖的影响 .试验结果表明 ,该两种益生菌对改善轮虫培养水质及其增殖具有良好效果 ,可用于育苗的轮虫生产
Fish were cultivated in industrialized nursery and Brachionus plicatilis was cultured with baker’s yeast. Nitrogen-denaturing bacteria and photosynthetic bacteria with an initial concentration of 100 × 10 -6 (VV) were added to observe their growth On the water quality and the growth of rotifers.The results showed that the two kinds of probiotics have good effect on improving rotifer culture water quality and its proliferation and can be used for rotifer production
