A small plane flew over a calm sea and occasionally issued a slight rumble. There is only one pilot on the plane. His name is Daves. He is a member of the National Aeronautics and Space Administration’s Panel of Experts. He also serves on the National Airborne Investigation Council (NICAP), a US government organization.
