目的:研究海南九节叶氯仿萃取部分和乙酸乙酯萃取部分的化学成分。方法:海南九节叶用95%乙醇提取后,依次用石油醚、氯仿、乙酸乙酯、正丁醇萃取,对氯仿萃取部分和乙酸乙酯萃取部分采用各种色谱方法进行分离、纯化,通过理化性质和波谱分析对分离得到的化合物进行结构鉴定。结果:从九节叶中分离得到了7个化合物,分别鉴定为β-谷甾醇(1),十八碳酸(2),槲皮素(3),芦丁(4),山奈酚-7-O-葡萄糖苷(5),山奈酚-3-O-芸香糖苷(6),β-胡萝卜苷(7)。结论:化合物3~7均为首次从该植物中分离得到。
OBJECTIVE: To study the chemical constituents extracted from chloroform fraction and ethyl acetate of nine leaves of Hainan. Methods: Nine leaves of Hainan were extracted with 95% ethanol, followed by extraction with petroleum ether, chloroform, ethyl acetate and n-butanol. The extracted fractions of chloroform and ethyl acetate were separated and purified by various chromatographic methods. Physical and chemical properties and spectral analysis of the isolated compounds were identified. Results: Seven compounds were isolated from nine leaves and identified as β-sitosterol (1), octadecanoic acid (2), quercetin (3), rutin (4) O-glucoside (5), kaempferol-3-O-rutinoside (6) and beta-daucosterol (7). Conclusion: Compounds 3 ~ 7 were isolated from this plant for the first time.
