病例庞××,女,47岁,住院号:14256。1987年2月23日晨七时许,邻居发现母女二人昏迷不醒,且室内可闻“煤气”味,于当日8时10分急诊送入院。其母经抢救无效死亡。该患查体:呼吸表浅,昏迷不醒,尿便失禁。体温36.2,脉搏130,呼吸26,血压130/100。重度昏迷,瞳孔左大于右侧,对光反射迟钝,压眶反射消失,面色青紫,口唇干裂,口吐白沫,项强(+)。心率130,心音低钝,律整。两肺满布干湿罗音,生理反射亢进,双侧巴彬斯基征(+)。实验室检查:WBC 59,400,Sg93,Ly5,Mon2。碳氧血红蛋白(+)。尿蛋白(-),尿红细胞0～1/40×,尿糖(-)。血钾3.7mEg/L,血钠130mEg/L,血氯98mEg/L,入院连续
