如今,在中国的城市,特别是在南方沿海经济发达地区,买车成了人们追逐的时尚,或者说是否拥有私家车已成为衡量一个家庭经济状况的标尺。在世界汽车市场上,曾有人预言:未来10年,中国将是全世界汽车业最有开发潜力的市场。近年来,我国汽车工业飞速发展,特别是轿车业,通过引进技术和外资,年产量已由当初的几千辆上升到现在的50万辆。汽车工业发展到今天,私人购车是发展的原动力。因此,在国家《汽车工业产业政策》中,明确鼓励私人购车。然而,与看似红红火火的汽车市场相背离的,却是很多制约因素。拥挤的道路环境,高昂的养车费用……不得不让拥有汽车梦的中国人犹豫再三———私车,买还是不买,怎么买?
Nowadays, buying cars in China’s cities, especially in the economically developed coastal areas of the South China, has become a fashion for chasing people, or whether owning a private car has become a measure of the economic status of a home. In the world automobile market, some people predicted that China will be the most promising market for the automobile industry in the world in the next 10 years. In recent years, the rapid development of China’s automobile industry, especially the car industry, through the introduction of technology and foreign investment, the annual output has risen from the original thousands to the present 500,000. Automotive industry to today, private car is the driving force behind the development. Therefore, in the national “industrial policy of the automobile industry,” we explicitly encourage private car purchase.
