世纪之交的中国商业舞台热闹非常,一方面沃尔玛、家乐福、麦德龙等巨型跨国商业资本加速在中国各大城市抢滩登陆,另一方面,以苏宁、国美、三联等为代表的我国零售终端也不甘示弱,纷纷跑马圈地,以自身实力打造“商业帝国”。业界人士认为:这一批民营或准民营的大型连锁流通商的崛起,在当代中国商业改革进程中具有重要意义——撞响了我国商业资本时代来临的黄钟大吕!本刊现特刊发一组关于商业资本的文章,旨在让我们和读者一道去感应我国商业资本发展的“早春的气息”。
