An in-depth analysis of the enterprise’s knowledge needs and supply is a prerequisite for studying the matching of supply and demand of knowledge and the effectiveness of knowledge sharing. This article analyzes in depth the key steps of enterprise knowledge needs analysis, the composition of enterprise knowledge suppliers and the key factors that influence the choice of knowledge suppliers, which lays the foundation for the next step of knowledge supply and demand matching and knowledge sharing effectiveness research.
