各市、州、县人民政府,省政府有关部门:为认真贯彻《中共中央、国务院关于党政机关厉行节约制止奢侈浪费行为的若干规定》(中发[1997]13号)精神,从严控制社会集团非生产性支出,加强社会集团购买小汽车的落籍管理,进一步制止奢侈浪费行为,现重申如下:一、社会集团购买小汽车、大轿车、摩托车必须经控购管理部门批准。
