On the occasion of the second anniversary of the death of my beloved Prime Minister Chou, I have stared gazing at the statue of Premier Chou for a long time and reminded me of the memory of the happy occasion of the Prime Minister’s gracious meeting with our barefoot doctor seven years ago.
