为了确保机动车检测数据准确,机动车检测站的所有检测人员须持证上岗,所有计量器具必须定期进行检定,机动车上线检测必须严格按照作业指导书来操作。但是,上述要求只是各自确保检测结果的准确性,并没有作为一个有机整体来研究。而测量系统分析(MSA)则把整个测量系统作为研究对象,是分析整个测量系统准确性与检测能力的一种品质管控方法。
