对武钢一炼钢方坯连铸机的漏钢情况进行统计分析,查找出导致漏钢的各种原因,包括浇铸温度、拉速、冷却、钢液成分、结晶器、保护渣及浸入式水口对中等方面,通过实施加强设备检查、控制和优化工艺标准、提高操作水平和开发开浇渣等措施,使漏钢事故得到很好控制。
A statistical analysis was made on the steel break-off situation of a steel-making billet continuous casting machine of WISCO to find various reasons leading to steel breakout, including casting temperature, casting speed, cooling, liquid steel composition, mold, mold flux and immersion nozzle For the medium, measures such as strengthening equipment inspections, controlling and optimizing process standards, improving operating levels and developing slag dross were put in place so that the accident in the breakout was well controlled.
