在立井井筒开凿过程中,吊桶是出矸、上下人员和物料等必备设施。在施工过程中,根据生产的需要,吊桶要经常进行摘挂钩。按照以往的方法(以2m~3吊桶为例)摘钩时需要3～4人推吊桶,然后打点下落,这就需要摘钩人员、信号工、绞车工紧密配合,严格掌握提落吊桶时机。如果落得早了,吊桶推不到位置。如果落得迟了,由于人力坚持不住而发生吊桶向回摆动,甚至挤伤人员或造成其它事故。
