全面预算管理对于企业加强内控、预防经营风险及实现企业利益最大化都起着重要的作用。在各保险公司实施全面预算管理的情况来看,虽然取得了一些成绩,但仍然存在诸多问题,亟待解决。本文主要论述寿险公司在实行全面预算管理过程中存在的问题,并提出解决的对策。
Total budget management plays an important role in strengthening internal control of enterprises, preventing operational risks and maximizing the benefits of enterprises. In the implementation of overall budgetary management by insurance companies, there are still some problems that have yet to be resolved, although some achievements have been made. This article mainly discusses the existing problems of the life insurance company in the process of implementing the overall budget management and puts forward the countermeasures.
