活动目的: 对学生进行法制观念的启蒙教育,让学生对关于未成年人的法律有一定认识,培养学生分辨是非的能力,从小养成遵纪守法的良好品德与习惯。 活动方式: 直接涉及未成年人的相关法律,列举日常生活中直接影响未成年人成长的突出现象,以问题方式提出,由学生讨论、回答,使学生初步了解一些与日常社会生活密切相关的法律常识。 活动准备: 根据《预防未成年人犯罪法》的规定,家长与学校有共同的责任和义务对未成年人进行法制教育,本次活动课的准备,家长须参与。 1.让每个学生与家长根据《预防未成年人犯罪法》第十四条、第三十条已经列举的不良行为,提出一个不良行为的实例,思考一下行为的危害性,由家长协
