目的:观察威麦宁胶囊与化疗综合治疗的疗效与毒副作用。方法:选择临床诊断明确的中晚期肺癌患者127例患者,采用随机对照方法将其分为威麦宁与化疗联合的治疗组65例及单纯化疗的对照组62例。结果:威麦宁胶囊能明显提高化疗的疗效,对患者的临床症状有明显的改善作用并无明显毒副反应,治疗组与对照组有效率相比有明显差异(P<0.05)。结论:威麦宁胶囊具有抗癌作用和辅助化疗增加临床疗效,防止癌细胞转移、改善症状、提高生存质量、延长生存期的作用。
Objective: To observe the curative effect and side effects of Weimaining capsule combined with chemotherapy. Methods: A total of 127 patients with advanced stage lung cancer with definite diagnosis were enrolled in this study. They were randomly divided into two groups (65 cases in combination with verapamil and chemotherapy) and 62 cases in control group (chemotherapy alone). Results: Viagra capsule can significantly improve the curative effect of chemotherapy, and has no obvious side effects on the clinical symptoms of patients. The effective rate of the treatment group and the control group is significantly different (P <0.05). Conclusion: Weimaining capsules have anti-cancer effects and adjuvant chemotherapy to increase clinical efficacy, prevent cancer metastasis, improve symptoms, improve quality of life and prolong survival.
