本文采用无熔剂法、石墨套法、石墨盒法、石墨套筒法以及石墨粉法等,对银铜合金中氧的提取测定进行探索研究,证明石墨套筒法的结果比较满意。银中氧的测定较为困难,(1)是国内外没有银中氧的标准试样;(2)银的熔点低而蒸汽压高,高温下氧未释放而银主体瞬间蒸发而无法测定;(3)银的渗碳能力低。文献曾介绍了高频炉镍浴法和无浴法测定银中的氧含量为8~9ppm。我们摸索了电极炉氩载气无熔剂法、石墨套法、石墨盒法、石墨套筒法和石墨粉法等,找出石墨套筒法对克服银主体的蒸发,并又有充分的碳接触,使银铜合金中氧充分提取。对2~#银铜合金分析结果统计,氧含量为211ppm,标准误差为0.0016%,相对标准偏差为7.70%,是一种比较适用满意的方法。
In this paper, flux-free method, graphite sleeve method, graphite box method, graphite sleeve method and graphite powder method, the determination of oxygen in silver-copper alloy exploration and research to prove that the graphite sleeve method results are satisfactory. It is difficult to determine the oxygen in the silver. (1) It is a standard sample without silver-oxygen in the world. (2) The melting point of silver is low and the vapor pressure is high. 3) Silver carburizing ability is low. The literature has introduced the high-frequency furnace nickel bath method and no bath method for the determination of silver in the oxygen content of 8 ~ 9ppm. We explored the electrode furnace argon gas carrierless flux method, graphite sleeve method, graphite box method, graphite sleeve method and graphite powder method, to find the graphite sleeve method to overcome the evaporation of the silver body, and have sufficient carbon contact , So that full copper-copper alloy oxygen extraction. The results of 2 ~ # silver-copper alloy analysis, the oxygen content of 211ppm, the standard error of 0.0016%, the relative standard deviation of 7.70%, is a more satisfactory method.
