目的探讨(经皮球囊扩张椎体后凸成形术)PKP治疗骨质疏松性胸腰椎骨折的疗效,并观察分析补肾活血汤在术后疗效及功效。方法将采用PKP治疗的39例骨质疏松性压缩性胸腰椎骨折随机分为观察组19例,对照组20例,对照组术后鲑降钙素皮下注射,碳酸钙D3颗粒口服,观察组在此基础上配合补肾活血汤内服,连续治疗1周为1个疗程。观察患者术后功能及骨密度的改善,术后并发症有无发生。结果 39例患者均在门诊随访,随访时间在6个月以上,期间未见伤椎塌陷及邻近椎体骨折等并发症。BMD方面,两组患者在术前及出院3个月后差异明显(P<0.05)。疗效方面:两组患者在临床治疗的总有效率有明显差异。ODI评分;两组患者在术前与术后3天的ODI评分无明显差异,出院后一个月后差异明显(P<0.05)。结论 PKP在治疗老年性胸腰椎压缩性骨折方面具有明显的临床效果,同时术后运用补肾活血汤,有助于患者的骨密度的增加,减少再骨折的风险,使骨质疏松性骨折患者功能较快恢复,生活质量明显提高。
Objective To investigate the effect of percutaneous balloon kyphoplasty (PKP) on PKP in the treatment of osteoporotic thoracolumbar fractures and to observe the effect and effect of Bushen Huoxue Decoction after operation. In BMD, there were significant differences between the two groups before and 3 months after discharge (P <0.05). Efficacy: The two groups of patients in the total effective rate of clinical treatment were significantly different. ODI score. There was no significant difference in ODI score between the two groups before and 3 days after operation. The difference was significant one month after discharge (P <0.05). Conclusion PKP in the treatment of senile thoracolumbar vertebral compression fractures have obvious clinical effect, while the use of Bushenhuoxue Decoction, will help increase the patient’s bone mineral density and reduce the risk of re-fractures, osteoporotic fracture patients with functional Faster recovery, quality of life improved significantly.
