中国目前缺乏真正意义的跨国公司,这已是不争的事实。在中国现行法律和政策框架下,中国企业跨国投资面临哪些制度性障碍呢?我们从跨国投资主体、投资客体和投资行为3个方面来分析这一问题,以期引起政府和企业决策层一些思考和行动。
It is an indisputable fact that China currently lacks real multinational corporations. Under the current law and policy framework in China, what are the institutional obstacles that Chinese enterprises face in cross-border investment? We analyze this issue from the perspectives of transnational investors, investment objects and investment behaviors in order to arouse the thinking of the government and corporate decision-makers action.
