目前,企业要想发展强大,人才是关键。一个电力施工企业的实力意味着电力工作人员的知识技能以及综合能力的程度,所以,电力企业的人力资源管理工作是非常关键的。只有不断的引进先进的文化理念和科学技术,进行革新,才能更好地解决电力企业人力资源管理中存在的问题,制定对应的解决对策,才能提高企业人力资源的管理水平。此次论文主要探讨的是如何加强电力施工企业人力资源管理。
At present, enterprises want to develop strong, talent is the key. The strength of a power construction enterprise means the knowledge and skills of the power worker and the degree of comprehensive ability. Therefore, the human resources management of the power enterprise is very crucial. Only by constantly introducing advanced cultural concepts and science and technology and carrying out innovations can we better solve the problems existing in human resources management in power enterprises and formulate corresponding solutions so that we can improve the management level of human resources in enterprises. This paper mainly discusses how to strengthen the power construction enterprise human resource management.
