施工成本一般由人工费、材料费、机械使用费、措施费、间接费等构成,其中机械使用费(以下简称机械费)一般占到全部施工成本的20%以上,特别是在公路路基土石方项目中,机械费更是达到全部施工成本的30%左右。加强工程机械的管理,提高机械设备的完好率和使用率,充分发挥机械设备的生产效率和资产效益,降低机械使用费,是施工成本控制的关键。笔者建议从工程机械的合理选择、优化配置、有效管理三方面加强对工程机械的管理。
