在世界各地,住宅产业发展的过程中主要的压力是人们对投资的短期回报,刺激大量竞争增长。有的时候也会产生非常令人兴奋的成果,但现在住宅产业真正的发展向长远的视角来转变,这是非常关键的。如果不这样做,我们的做法都是不可持续的。我发现有两个领域是我们可以学习长远眼光的价值,以及如何在实际中进行应用。第一领域,我们对环境随着时间的变化进行仔细的研究,环境如何变化来去持久的存在。
In all parts of the world, the main pressure in the development of the housing industry is the short-term return on investment by people, stimulating a substantial increase in competition. In some cases, it will produce very exciting results. However, now that the real development of the housing industry is shifting from a long-term perspective, it is very crucial. If we do not, our approach is unsustainable. I find two areas where we can learn the value of long-term perspective and how to apply it in practice. In the first area, we examine the environment as time goes by, and how the environment changes and lasts forever.
