本文讨论了教学督导的内涵与形式,提出教学督导是学校管理的核心,是政府对教育管理的体现,是贯穿于专业教学管理各环节、各级教学管理者的职务责任,认为管理中要对教学组织和教学服务负责,管理中要会督善导,促进教师和班主任成长,分析了各级督导对学生受益的意义,指出了教学督导中的常见问题如督导工作任务繁重难以持续、督导工作与其他教学管理组织责任重叠、督导与管理分离以及督导的形式主义化等,并结合学校实际提出对策建议。
