无论从社会舆论环境,还是慈善制度、社会信任基础、税收制度等角度,中国的慈善环境并不具备美国时下的完善条件,价值观念的转变需要这些硬件设施的改变作为基础。向“别人家的公司”、“别人家的老板”学习的背后,其实有太多环境因素的改善来支撑中国富豪们投身慈善事业。或许制度的完善会逐渐让做慈善不再是舆论苛求,而是水到渠成的事情。
The philanthropic environment in China does not have the perfect conditions nowadays in the United States, from the viewpoints of the social media environment, the charity system, the foundation of social trust, and the tax system. The change of values needs the change of these hardware facilities as the foundation. Behind the learning of “other people’s company”, “other people’s boss”, there are actually too many environmental factors to support China’s wealthy people to join the charity. Perhaps the perfection of the system will gradually make charity no longer be demanding public opinion, but a matter of course.
