4.5~10%的分娩发生胎膜早破(PROM)并导致10%的围产期死亡。30~50%胎膜早破发生于妊娠足月以前。虽然其发病率较高,但目前尚无确切的诊断技术。AFP存在于整个孕期的羊水中,随孕龄增加而减少。除母体血清外,在能干扰用于诊断PROM的其它方法的各种体液(如尿、阴道分泌物、精液)中还未发现有AFP存在。本研究对已知AFP阳性的99例羊水使用乳胶凝集试验,结果表明该方法快速、筒便易行、灵敏度高,干扰因素少,不需精密设备,易于掌握,有助于胎膜早破的
Premature rupture of membranes (PROM) occurs in 4.5 to 10% of deliveries and causes 10% of perinatal deaths. 30 ~ 50% premature rupture of membranes occurred before the full term of pregnancy. Although its incidence is high, there is no definitive diagnostic technique. AFP is present in amniotic fluid throughout pregnancy and decreases with increasing gestational age. In addition to maternal serum, the presence of AFP has not been found in various body fluids (eg, urine, vaginal secretions, semen) that interfere with other methods for diagnosing PROM. In this study, we used latex agglutination test on 99 cases of amniotic fluid which is known to be positive for AFP. The results showed that this method was rapid, easy to handle, high sensitivity and less interference factors. Without precise equipment, it was easy to grasp and was helpful for premature rupture of membranes
