以柠檬酸为螯合剂,金属硝酸盐为原料,采用溶胶-凝胶法制备CaYAl3O7:Ce3+,Tb3+蓝绿色荧光粉。应用差热分析仪、X射线衍射仪和荧光光谱仪表征前驱体热分解特性及在不同制备条件获得的荧光粉晶体结构和发光性质。结果表明,在还原气氛下经900℃煅烧就可获得发光性能优异的CaYAl3O7:Ce3+,Tb3+蓝绿色荧光粉,Ce3+和Tb3+之间的有效能量转移导致了360nm激发下可产生较强的Tb3+发光。
Using citric acid as chelating agent and metal nitrate as raw materials, the CaYAl3O7: Ce3 + and Tb3 + cyan fluorescent powders were prepared by sol-gel method. The thermal decomposition characteristics of the precursors and the crystal structure and luminescence properties of the phosphors obtained under different preparation conditions were characterized by differential thermal analyzer, X-ray diffraction and fluorescence spectroscopy. The results show that CaYAl3O7: Ce3 +, Tb3 + cyan phosphors with excellent luminescence properties can be obtained by calcining at 900 ℃ in the reducing atmosphere. The effective energy transfer between Ce3 + and Tb3 + leads to strong Tb3 + emission under 360nm excitation.
