工友编辑部:我是江夏区的一名下岗职工,仍在“下岗职工再就业中心”按月领取基本生活费。去年年初,我通过劳务市场介绍,被一家公司录用、并签订了用工合同,合同期3年。今年公司突然宣布与我解除劳动合同。我向公司提出按《劳动法》有关规定给予经济补偿,但要求被拒绝。于是我到当地劳动仲裁部门申诉,劳动仲裁部门最后却判定我的要求不能成立,不予受理。请问,我为什么不能得到经济补偿?王忠民
Coworker Editorial Department: I am a laid-off worker in Jiangxia District and are still receiving monthly living expenses on a monthly basis from the “re-employment center for laid-off workers”. Early last year, I introduced through the labor market, was hired by a company, and signed employment contracts, the contract period of 3 years. This year the company suddenly announced the lifting of the labor contract with me. I proposed to the company according to the “Labor Law” the relevant provisions of the financial compensation, but the request was rejected. So I went to the local labor arbitration department to appeal, the labor arbitration department finally decided my request can not be established, inadmissible. Excuse me, why can not I get financial compensation?
