我国高等教育的发展，为我国社会经济持续快速发展提供了强有力的人才支撑。随着经济体制改革的不断深入，我国的高等教育投资体制也进行了相应的改革，摒弃了传统的单一投资主体模式，建立了多主体、多渠道、多元化的投资格局，这既有利于教育资源的充分利用，又有利于教育资金使用效率的提高。
