讨论了PWM式变压整流器和谐振式变压整流器的优缺点,在此基础上,提出了一种零电压开关PWM变压整流器。它是PWM技术和零电压开关准谐振技术相结合的产物,其特点是功率开关器件的开关转换过程中采用零电压开关准谐振技术,即功率开关器件工作于零电压开关状态──软开关状态下,而能量传输的主要形式采用PWM技术,故具有PWM式变压整流器和谐振式变压整流器的优点。文中介绍了该变压整流器的电路结构及工作原理,着重分析了其关键部分──全桥零电压开关PWMDC-DC变换器的工作过程和设计方法。该变压整流器具有体积小、重量轻、效率高、性能好、输出电压稳定度高的优点。
The advantages and disadvantages of PWM transformer and resonant transformer are discussed. Based on this, a novel zero voltage switching PWM transformer rectifier is proposed.
