甘孜藏区的环境保护习惯法内容丰富,对当地生态环境的保护起到了不容忽视的作用。本文在对甘孜藏区环境保护习惯法进行介绍的基础上,试从甘孜州地理环境的角度对当地的环境保护习惯法进行分析,并进一步揭示地理环境对甘孜藏区环境保护习惯法形成、发展的重要影响,以期能为甘孜州环境法治建设打开新的思路。
Ganzi Tibetan area of environmental protection customary law is rich in content, the protection of the local ecological environment has played a role that can not be ignored. Based on the introduction of the customary law of environmental protection in Ganzi Tibetan Autonomous Region, this paper attempts to analyze the local customary law of environmental protection from the perspective of geographical environment of Ganzi Prefecture and further reveals the formation and development of geographical customary law of environmental protection in Ganzi Tibetan Autonomous Region With a view to opening up new ideas for the construction of law and order in the environment of Ganzi Prefecture.
