目的 :对比观察非离子型造影剂优维显在CT增强扫描中的副反应。探讨其机理及临床应用价值。材料与方法 :观察受检人数 2 10 9例 ,男 132 9例 ,女 780例。药物为德国先灵公司生产非离子型造影剂 30 0mgI ml优维显。造影剂剂量 5 0~80ml,婴幼儿按公斤体重计算 (新生儿 4ml kg ,婴儿 3ml kg ,幼儿 1 5ml kg)。美国MCT MCTPLUS高压自动注射器 ,注射速度 2~ 3ml s,荷兰philip公司Tomoscan ,AV .EPPLUS高速螺旋CT。结果 :严重过敏性休克 4例 ,占 0 19% ;碘过敏试验阳性 ( + )2 6例 ,占 1 2 % ,其中 2例碘试验严重过敏性休克。碘过敏试验 ( - ) ,也出现不同程度反应 :重度过敏性休克 2例 ,占0 0 9% ;中度 2 1例 ,占 0 99% ;轻度 4 0例 ,占 1 8%。结论 :非离子型造影剂增强扫描前要认真按常规做好碘过敏试验 ,碘过敏试验有一定的预测价值。值得注意的是非离子型造影剂也不是绝对安全 ,少数患者也会有不同程度过敏反应。
OBJECTIVE: To compare and observe side effects of non-ionic contrast agent Uvoxifen in CT-enhanced scanning. Explore its mechanism and clinical application value. Materials and Methods: The number of subjects examined was 2 10 9, including 132 9 males and 780 females. Drugs for the German Schering Company production of non-ionic contrast agent 30 0mgIml Youwei significant. Results: Severe anaphylactic shock in 4 cases, accounting for 0 19%; iodine allergy test positive (+) 26 cases, accounting for 12%, of which 2 cases of iodine test severe anaphylactic shock. Iodine allergy test (-), also showed varying degrees of response: severe anaphylactic shock in 2 cases, 0 0 9%; moderate in 21 cases, accounting for 0 99%; mild 40 cases, accounting for 18%. Conclusion: The non-ionic contrast agent should be done iodine allergy test carefully before enhancement scanning. The iodine allergy test has certain predictive value. It is noteworthy that non-ionic contrast agent is not absolutely safe, a small number of patients will have different degrees of allergic reactions.
