After the Sino-Japanese War of 1894-1895, Japan’s aggressive ambitions toward China continued to expand, and the Chinese literature became increasingly vain. After Lu Xinyuan “皕 Song Lou” was purchased in bulk by Japan’s Jing Jia Tang, Hangzhou Xu Ze 恂 East China Sea floor collection was tragically purchased by Japanese robbers, carrying the East. About Xu Zeneng and his bookstore in the East China Sea, he has published books on the history of collections, history of libraries and history of exchanges between China and Japan in recent years. For example, Yan Shaoyu, “Research on the Distribution of Chinese in Japan,” “Records of Zhejiang Provincial Library,” Peng Feizhang, The history of book exchange between China and foreign countries “and” Li Xuemei’s book culture in modern China "are all mentioned. However, due to the paucity of historical materials kept in China, there are only a few dozens of essays in the book, and so far no monographs have been found. Here, I mainly use the Japanese diplomatic archives collected during the visit to Japan to examine the process of Japan’s secret robbery of the collection of books in the East China Sea, and make an interview on the case of the local history of the robbery to clarify the historical facts The truth.
