目的 探讨身处农村的县级城市医院做好支援农村基层医疗卫生工作的有效途径。方法 通过开展顺应农村医疗需求变化的医疗中心建设,从“中心”建设中获得“中心”地位;以建设“中心”带动建设基层,以基层发展促进“中心”发展。结果 县级城市医院必须放下“架子”,眼睛盯住农村,树立起没有农村病人就没有县级城市医院的现实观念。结论 县级城市医院必须有切实可行的保证措施,才能使支援农村基层医疗机构工作落到实处。
Objective To explore the effective ways for county-level urban hospitals living in rural areas to support rural primary health care. Methods By developing a medical center that responds to changes in rural medical needs, it has obtained a “central” status from the “center” construction; a “center” has driven the construction of the grassroots, and grassroots development has promoted the “center” development. As a result, county-level urban hospitals must lay down their “shelves”, stare into the countryside, and establish a realistic concept of county-level urban hospitals without rural patients. Conclusion County-level urban hospitals must have practical and feasible assurance measures to ensure the implementation of the work of supporting rural primary-level medical institutions.
