目的:探索转系生的主观因素(归因方式、动机)和客观因素(转系决策支持度、专业跨度)对转系适应(专业适应、班级归属)的影响。方法:应用专业适应性、班级归属感量表对北京师范大学19个院系专业的102名转系生进行测查。结果:①转系生在专业适应性和班级归属感上整体情况良好;②归因方式为内归因的转系生在专业适应性和班级归属感上显著好于外归因的,且转系得到他人支持时专业适应性更好;③归因方式、转系动机中的个人兴趣、一时冲动两个维度、以及转系决策支持度能够在一定程度上预测转系生适应性。结论:转系生转系后适应良好,归因方式、转系动机对专业适应性和班级归属感有一定的预测作用。
Objectives: To explore the influence of subjective factors (attributional style, motivation) and objective factors (supportiveness of transitive decision-making system and major span) on adapting to transfer system (professional adaptation and class ownership). Methods: A total of 102 faculty members from 19 departments of Beijing Normal University were examined using professional adaptability and class belonging scale. Results: (1) The overall adaptability and class belonging of transsexual students were good on the whole; (2) The transference students who attributed attribution were significantly better than those of attribution in professional adaptability and class belonging, Department of professional adaptability is better when others get support from others; ③ Attribution, transfer of motivation in personal interests, impulse two dimensions, and the decision support system can predict the adaptability to a certain extent. CONCLUSION: After adapting to the system, the adaptability, attribution and transfer motivation have some predictive effects on professional adaptability and class belonging.
