目的:探讨大学生主观就业阻碍与心理韧性之间的关系。方法:采用大学生主观职业障碍问卷职前问卷和青少年心理韧性量表对276名大学生进行测试。结果:①女生比男生感知到更多的就业阻碍;大二学生感知到的就业阻碍最多;心理韧性不存在性别和年级差异。②主观就业阻碍与心理韧性存在显著负相关。③心理韧性对主观就业阻碍具有显著的负向预测作用。结论:大学生的心理韧性与其感知到的就业阻碍之间存在密切联系。
Objective: To explore the relationship between subjective employment obstacles and psychological resilience of college students. Methods: A total of 276 undergraduates were tested with the pre-employment questionnaire and the psychological resilience scale of college students’ subjective professional disability questionnaire. Results: (1) Female students perceived more obstacles in employment than boys, (2) students perceived the most obstacles in employment, and there was no gender and grade difference in their resilience. ② There was a significant negative correlation between subjective employment obstacles and psychological resilience. ③ psychological resilience of subjective employment obstacles have a significant negative predictive effect. Conclusion: There is a close relationship between college students’ psychological resilience and perceived barriers to employment.
