作为国有资产的重要组成部分,行政事业单位对宏观调控以及公共管理具有非常重要的作用。从目前发展情况来看,行政事业单位已经开始将国有资产转化成为部分私有财产,这就使国有资产存在着巨大流失,国有资产实际使用率并不高。对行政事业单位国有资产优化管理存在的问题作了分析,提出了行政事业单位国有资产优化管理法律规制对策,为提升行政事业单位国有资产优化管理法律规制有效性打下良好的基础。
As an important part of state-owned assets, administrative institutions play an important role in macro-control and public administration. Judging from the current development situation, the administrative institutions have begun to transform state-owned assets into part of private property, which has resulted in tremendous loss of state-owned assets and the actual utilization of state-owned assets is not high. This paper analyzes the problems existing in the optimization and management of state-owned assets in administrative institutions, and puts forward the legal regulation and countermeasures for the optimization management of state-owned assets in administrative institutions, laying a good foundation for enhancing the effectiveness of the legal regulation of state-owned assets optimization management in administrative institutions.
