以11Cr Ni3Mn Mo V高强钢为焊接对象,研究激光填丝多层焊接接头的微观组织与断口特征。结果表明,激光填丝多层焊接接头组织沿焊缝中心线且垂直融合线对称生长,没有等轴晶生成,焊缝柱状晶尺寸较小。侧壁未融合缺陷导致接头断裂。
The 11Cr Ni3Mn Mo V high-strength steel was used as the welding object to study the microstructure and fracture characteristics of laser-welded multi-layer welded joints. The results show that the microstructure of the laser welded multi-layer welded joint grows symmetrically along the centerline of the weld and perpendicular to the fusion line, with no equiaxed grains and smaller columnar grains. Sidewall unfused defects cause the connector to break.
