目的探讨心型脂肪酸结合蛋白(h-FABP)在川崎病(KD)患儿中的水平变化及其与心功能的关系。方法选择青岛市儿童医院2004-02—2006-11收治的KD患儿40例为研究对象,采用酶联免疫吸附法检测血清h-FABP;并行心脏彩超多普勒(UCG)检测冠状动脉内径及左室射血分数(LVEF)并进行分组。结果急性期血清h-FABP质量浓度明显高于恢复期(P<0.01);冠状动脉病变(CAL)组和非冠状动脉病变(NCAL)组血清h-FABP质量浓度对比差异显著(P<0.01);KD患儿血清h-FABP质量浓度与LVEF呈负相关(r=-0.35,P<0.05)。结论血浆h-FABP质量浓度能够反映KD患儿心肌损害的严重程度,与LVEF相结合可估计患儿病情及预后。
Objective To investigate the changes of heart-type fatty acid-binding protein (h-FABP) in children with Kawasaki disease (KD) and its relationship with cardiac function. Methods Forty children with KD admitted to Qingdao Children’s Hospital from February 2004 to June 2006 were enrolled in this study. Serum h-FABP was detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) and coronary artery diameter Left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF) and grouped. Results The serum h-FABP concentration in acute phase was significantly higher than that in convalescence phase (P <0.01). There was significant difference in serum h-FABP concentration between coronary artery disease group and non-coronary artery disease group (P <0.01) ; KD children with serum h-FABP concentration was negatively correlated with LVEF (r = -0.35, P <0.05). Conclusion The plasma h-FABP concentration can reflect the severity of myocardial damage in children with KD, and combined with LVEF can be estimated in children with the disease and prognosis.
