目前很多国家的制药、化妆品与食品等工业部门为保证产品的卫生质量,均在抓生产和质量管理规范的建立和执行。世界卫生组织曾于1975年提出了“药品生产和质量管理规范”,现已有多数会员国表示同意照此执行。有的国家还制定了自己的规范,我国也于1982年制定了《药品生产管理规范》(试行稿)。各国的管理规范虽然内容有所不同,但其基本原则是一致的。消毒与灭菌是规范中一个重要部分,为此将本文全文译出,供有关同志参考。
At present, in many countries, pharmaceutical, cosmetics and foodstuffs industrial departments are all grasping the establishment and implementation of production and quality management standards in order to ensure the hygiene quality of their products. The World Health Organization put forward the “Code of Pharmaceutical Production and Quality Management” in 1975, and most Member States have agreed to implement it accordingly. Some countries have also formulated their own norms, China also formulated in 1982, “Drug Production and Management Practices” (draft). Although the content of the management norms in different countries is different, the basic principles are the same. Disinfection and sterilization is an important part of the specification, for which the full text will be translated for reference by the relevant comrades.
