近年来,国土资源部发布了一系列节约集约用地政策,在土地使用标准的制度建设、任务措施、操作程序等方面提出具体要求。地方国土资源管理部门如何严格落实这些要求,值得思考与研究。
In recent years, the Ministry of Land and Resources has issued a series of policies on land conservation and intensive land use and put forth specific requirements on the system construction, mission measures and operational procedures of land use standards. How to strictly implement these requirements by the local land and resources administration department is worth considering and researching.
