On the eve of the 2009 Spring Festival, the reporter dialed a phone number as far away as Li Chengye in Shiyan City, Hubei Province, and asked what he was doing during the preparations for the Beijing Olympic Games to become a “civilian propagandist for the Olympic Games.”
