混凝土搅拌站冬季施工时易受冷结冰,而传统的保温方法又无法保证正常的工作温度。为某HZS90型混凝土搅拌站设计加装自控温电加热保温系统,取得成效。自控温电加热保温系统采用内设加热电缆加热和外附保温层保温的方法,选择电加热元件防爆接线盒和电路空气短路开关,不影响原混凝土搅拌站的技术性能,系统运行安全有效,可保证施工工期,取得很好的经济效益。
