自由表面的确定是铸造充型过程流场模拟的主要困难之一,没有明确的自由表面形状和位置,就不能施加边界条件,更无从谈起对流量的计算。本文首先提出了一种三维自由表面处理技术。另外,由于铁水的浇注工艺难以严格控制,且热电偶存在滞后现象,所以用铁水进行充型过程的实验验证难度较大。针对这种情况,作者采用顶注、底注及侧注三种不同形式的浇注系统重复进行了大量水力学实验验证,模拟结果与实验结果吻合较好。最后,对实际生产中的铸件进行了充型模拟。
The determination of the free surface is one of the main difficulties in simulating the flow field in the process of casting and filling. Without the explicit free surface shape and position, the boundary conditions can not be applied, and the calculation of the flow rate can not be mentioned. This paper first proposed a three-dimensional free surface treatment technology. In addition, the hot metal casting process is difficult to strictly control, and the thermocouple lag phenomenon, so the filling process with hot metal test verification more difficult. In response to this situation, the author repeated a large number of hydraulics experiments using three different types of gating system: top, bottom and side note. The simulation results are in good agreement with the experimental results. Finally, the actual production of castings were filling simulation.
