本文从实验和理论计算对比分析、研究了带定心弹支、无端封的挤压油膜阻尼器的刚性转子的稳志动力特性。研究了阻尼器结构参数——油膜间隙比C/R和弹支刚度K与工作条件——转子的不平衡量u、供油压力P和油粘度μ对转子动力特性的影响。找出了计算与实验动力特性差异的特点,讨论了差异的原因。此外,用理论计算分析了双稳态现象和其发生的规律性。
In this paper, the steady-state dynamic characteristics of the rigid rotor with squeeze film damper with centering bolster and without seal are studied from the experimental and theoretical calculations. The influence of structural parameters of the damper, such as the oil film gap ratio C / R, the elastic modulus K, the working conditions, rotor unbalance u, oil supply pressure P and oil viscosity μ, on the dynamic characteristics of the rotor was investigated. The differences between calculation and experimental dynamic characteristics were found, and the reasons for the differences were discussed. In addition, the bistable phenomenon and its regularity are analyzed by theoretical calculation.
