目的:建立五味清浊散中羟基红花黄色素A的高效液相色谱测定方法。方法:色谱柱为Prevail Select C_(18)(150 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),柱温35℃;流动相为乙腈-0.5%磷酸溶液(11:89),流速1 ml·min~(-1);检测波长403 nm。结果:羟基红花黄色素A在16.65~166.50μg·ml~(-1)范围内呈良好的线性关系,回归方程为Y=-3.24×10~(-2)X+2.12,r=0.999 9。平均回收率为99.1%,RSD为1.9%。结论:本方法操作简便,测定结果准确可靠,可用于五味清浊散中羟基红花黄色素A的含量测定。
Objective: To establish a method for the determination of hydroxysafflor yellow A in Wuwei Qingzhuo Powder by high performance liquid chromatography. Methods: The column was Prevail Select C18 (150 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm) with a column temperature of 35 ℃. The mobile phase was acetonitrile-0.5% phosphoric acid solution (11:89) at a flow rate of 1 ml · min -1 ); Detection wavelength 403 nm. Results: The linearity of hydroxysafflor yellow A was linear in the range of 16.65-166.50 μg · ml -1, the regression equation was Y = -3.24 × 10 -2 X + 2.12, r = 0.999 9 . The average recovery was 99.1% with a RSD of 1.9%. Conclusion: The method is simple, accurate and reliable, and can be used for the determination of hydroxysafflor yellow A in Wuwei Qingzhuo Powder.
