我国城镇化建设在21世纪进入了飞速发展的阶段,建筑进入了一个黄金发展时期,如何提高建筑工程预算编制,这是对于提高建筑的基本和管理方向,有效的降低建筑工程造价,提高建筑投资的效率,这对于建筑行业一系列程序有很好的意义。当前我国建筑行业各方面都存在着竞争,在部分建筑公司对于质量还不能很好的把关,客户只是一味的追求建筑投资成本的降低,这样会让建筑行业效益下降,就不符合建筑行业的要求了。建筑行业应该在竞争中努力提升自己的质量,只有质量和成本预算进行了提升,才能让建筑公司在竞争中得到更好的发展。本文从优化工业建筑工程预算编制的角度进行分析,把其中出现的一系列问题得出结论,让建筑行业的进步更快一些,让我国建筑行业中更好的发展。
