四轮定位调整是总装车间检测线重要的一个环节。对于双横臂独立悬架车型来讲,需要依靠上摆臂和车架之间的垫片来满足四轮定位的参数,而垫片安装的厚度及调整的方法对于生产节拍的满足以及工作效率的提升起着至关重要的作用。文中以生产现场实际遇到的问题为例,提出针对线上和线下2种不同的解决方案。最终使平均调整用时由20 min降到8 min,一次垫片安装通过率达到80%以上,通过数据收集分析和程序设计使线下垫片计算一键完成,解决了生产现场瓶颈问题。
Four-wheel positioning adjustment is the assembly line testing an important part. In this paper, the actual problem encountered in the production site, for example, proposed two different solutions for online and offline. Eventually, the average adjustment time was reduced from 20 min to 8 min, and the installation pass rate of a gasket reached more than 80%. Through the data collection, analysis and programming, the calculation of the line gasket was completed in one click and the production bottleneck problem was solved.
