ToLasa-Hunt综合症又名痛性眼肌麻痹综合征。由ToLosa 于1954年首先报告,1961年Hunt 称之为ToLosa-Hunt 综合征。作者见到2例,报告如下。1 邹××女25岁已婚农民1982年8月28日无明显诱因突然左侧头部剧烈持续性疼痛,未吐。二小时后疼痛缓解,发现左眼睁不开,眼球不能活动。1978年因患柯兴氏综合征行左侧肾上腺切除术。检查:一般状况佳。视力右眼1.0,左眼0.3(-2.00DS→1.5),左上睑下垂,左眼球向各方向转动均明显受限。左眼球突
