目前我国的经济形势已经步入到新常态中,这使得各行各业面临的竞争更加的严峻,同时也对于人才提出了相对更高的要求。高职院校作为重点培养技术应用型人才的基地,其更应该对新常态有一个清晰的认知,并结合建筑工程技术专业特点,不断完善人才培养计划。文章以建筑工程专业BIM技术人才为研究对象,重点就新常态下相应的培养方案措施进行探究。
At present, the economic situation in our country has entered a new normal, which has made competition in all trades and industries more severe and at the same time put forward relatively higher demands on qualified personnel. As a base for cultivating skilled personnel in higher vocational colleges, higher vocational colleges should have a clear understanding of the new normal and, combined with the specialty of construction engineering technology, constantly improve their training programs. The article takes BIM technical personnel of architectural engineering as the research object, and focuses on the corresponding training programs and measures under the new normal.
