2013年9月根据省教育厅的统一部署,怀着对灾后玉树的向往和关注,带着对民族地区教育的责任和担当。我主动报名参加了去玉树的支教行动,我和另一名教师分配到玉树市四完小支教。一年的支教生涯是短暂的也是难忘的,现将一年的支教感受总结如下:一、基本情况玉树市四完小生源来自因保护三江源而迁移到县城的纯牧区的孩子,全部都是藏族,平时的语言交流以藏语为主。家长们文盲较多,家庭教育几乎为零,学生汉语文、数学基础差。学校60多名教师
