压气站设备发生的故障以机械故障为主,由于现在使用的诊断方法存在不足,巡查工无法发现早期故障,早期故障诊断率不足10%,因此往往错过最佳停车检修时间并造成损失。现有的诊断方法无法及时发现早期故障,分析现有故障诊断方法的不足,提出方案,经论证采用一种新型便携式故障诊断仪。使用范围更加广泛,诊断准确率不断提升。
Compressor station equipment failure occurred mainly mechanical failure, due to the lack of diagnostic methods used now, the inspector can not find early failure, early fault diagnosis rate of less than 10%, so often miss the best time to stop and cause damage to parking. The existing diagnostic methods can not find early faults in time, analyze the shortcomings of the existing fault diagnosis methods, put forward solutions, and prove that a new type of portable fault diagnostic instrument is used. The use of a wider range of diagnostic accuracy continues to improve.
